Shipping & Returns

Our items are shipped out within 1-3 business days, we use FedEx, UPS and US mail.  Personalization, custom orders or large items may take longer.  Express shipping is available at checkout.  If an item is needed by a certain date, please leave us a comment at checkout.  If you would like to rush order, please contact us for time & cost. Orders with multiply items may be shipped separately. If you have any questions about shipping please don't hesitate to contact us.   Free shipping and flat rate shipping are for the (50) United States only, discounted shipping is offered to all international orders over $125, use coupon shipping at checkout.  For a shipping quote on expedited shipping or international shipping please enter your country & zip code on the shopping cart-note the discounted rate will not show until you have reached the checkout and have entered shipping as the coupon.

bumGenius products will not be shipped international per manufacturer rules, they can be shipped to any US, APO or FPO address.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional for all packages under $150, I recommend purchasing the insurance as I am not responable for packages once they have by shipped.  All orders over $150 have the shipping insurance automatically added, this is for the security of your package and your money.  While I strongly recommend leaving the insurance, if you do not want the insurance please let me know and I will deduct it.  However please be aware that if your package does get lost or damaged, I will not be able to replace your items or refund your order.  Please contact me if you have any questions about the insurance!

Why didn't I receive a packing slip?

I typically do not send packing slips unless the order has several items in it.  Just another way of helping the environment and conserving paper!

Returns

We gladly accept returns made within 45 days, please call or email me before returning your merchandise so that I know to expect it. To insure proper credit to your account, all returns need to include your order number.  Please note personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be sealed in its original packaging, unopened, unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Diapers that have been worn can be returned in some cases, they are subject to a 50% return fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.  Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount even if the original order received free or flat rate shipping.

Some merchandise may be non-returnable or have a different return policy:

  • Unused KnickerNappies, Monkey Doodlez, Thirsties, Happy Heinys, Drybees or Wahmies products may be returned, if there is a manufacturer's defect, please let us know. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc.   
  • Used KnickerNappies, Monkey Doodlez, Happy Heinys, Thirsties, Drybees or Wahmies products can be returned in some cases, they may be charged a 50% fee. Please email me.
  • Items sold from the Used section are sold as is, without warranty.  Squishy Tushy can not be held responsible as I can not guarantee previous use or abuse of used items.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase.  This includes items that are back ordered and special orders.
