Our items are shipped out within 1-4 business days, we use FedEx, UPS and US mail. Personalization, custom orders or large items may take longer. Express shipping is available at checkout. If an item is needed by a certain date, please leave us a comment at checkout. If you would like to rush order, please contact us for time & cost. Orders with multiply items may be shipped separately. If you have any questions about shipping please don't hesitate to contact us. Free shipping and flat rate shipping are for the (50) United States only, discounted shipping is offered to all international orders over $125, use coupon shipping at checkout. Certain items (laundry detergent) may have a heavy ship charge for orders under $75. For a shipping quote on expedited shipping or international shipping please enter your country & zip code on the shopping cart-note the discounted rate will not show until you have reached the checkout and have entered shipping as the coupon.

bumGenius products will not be shipped international per manufacturer rules, they can be shipped to any US, APO or FPO address.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally Squishy Tushy offers a pre-order on selected items that are a new release or out of stock (with a sale or special offer) These items are clearly marked and will be shipped with the entire order once the pre-order item(s) become available. Orders can not be separated in most cases.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional for all packages under $150, I recommend purchasing the insurance as I am not responsible for packages once they have by shipped. All orders over $150 have the shipping insurance automatically added, this is for the security of your package and your money. While I strongly recommend leaving the insurance, if you do not want the insurance please let me know and I will deduct it. However please be aware that if your package does get lost or damaged, I will not be able to replace your items or refund your order. Please contact me if you have any questions about the insurance!

Why didn't I receive a packing slip?

We typically do not send packing slips unless the order has several items in it. Just another way of helping the environment and conserving paper!

Returns

Squishy Tushy has a unique 7 day Wash-n-Try return policy on diapers. Purchase any new cloth diaper and wash it, use it and if you don't absolutely love it, return it! You have 7 days to try your cloth diapers and return them for store credit. To insure proper credit to your account, all returns need to include your order number and a completed form.

Details:

Diapers need to be clean and free of stains and smells.
Shipping is non-refundable, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit issued even when free shipping was offered.
There is a limit of 2 diapers per brand that can be returned, for example you purchased 24 FuzziBunz diapers, you can return 2 used FuzziBunz and 22 new FuzziBunz diapers for your store credit.
Packages that are not returned in full will have the un-returned diapers subtracted at the individual price per diaper. Store credit will be issued for the remainder of the package price.
Return packages must be postmarked by the 7th day from date received, no exceptions.

We gladly accept returns made within 45 days, please call or email me before returning your merchandise so that I know to expect it. Please note personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable. Returned merchandise needs to include your name and order number along with your preference for store credit or a refund (according to the policies listed here.)

All returned merchandise must be sealed in its original packaging, unopened, unused/unworn (items that have been tried on are considered worn) merchandise may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Diapers that have been used/worn can be returned in some cases, they are subject to a 50% return fee.

I strongly encourage parents to wash and use only a few diapers out of a package for a few days to make sure that you are happy with fit. I will gladly exchange part of an unused package for another diaper, this way you are not stuck with a package of diapers you do not like! Packages can be returned, if the entire package is not returned, the un-returned diapers will be charged at the individual price per diaper.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount even if the original order received free or flat rate shipping.

Some merchandise may be non-returnable or have a different return policy:

Unused diapers including: bumGenius, Bummis, Knickernappies, Monkey Doodlez, Kissaluvs, FuzziBunz, Thirsties, Happy Heinys, Drybees or Wahmies products may be returned, if there is a manufacturer's defect, please let us know. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc.
Used bumGenius, FuzziBunz, Bummis, Kissaluvs, Knickernappies, Monkey Doodlez, Happy Heinys, Thirsties, Drybees or Wahmies products can be returned in some cases, they may be charged a 50% fee. Please email me.
Items sold from the Used section are sold as is, without warranty. Squishy Tushy can not be held responsible as I can not guarantee previous use or abuse of used items.
For sanitary reasons all Prenatal Cradle products, returns may be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All items need to be tried on over clothes (not just underwear.)
