Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days (most orders are shipped the same day or next day) via FedEx, UPS or US mail. Personalized custom orders or large items may take longer. Express shipping is available at checkout. If an item is needed by a certain date, please leave us a comment at checkout. If you would like to rush order, please contact us for time & cost. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Please contact us with any shipping questions. Free economy shipping to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii for orders over $45; and for discounted shipping on all international orders over $125 with coupon code "international". a heavy ship charge may be applied for heavy items such as laundry detergent.
If an item is out of stock your order will be refunded for the out of stock item and the remaining items will be shipped.

All items need to be returned in original packaging with tags attached.  Items need to be unwashed and free of odors and hair.  Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount even if the original order received free or flat rate shipping.  

I strongly encourage parents to wash and use only a few diapers out of a package for a few days to make sure that you are happy with fit. I will gladly exchange part of an unused package for another diaper, this way you are not stuck with a package of diapers you do not like! Packages can be returned, if the entire package is not returned, the un-returned diapers will be charged at the individual price per diaper. 
  • If you find a manufacturer's defect on one of your items, please contact the correct manufacturer. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. All warranty issues will be handled through the correct manufacturer.
  • Items sold from the Used section are sold as is, without warranty. Squishy Tushy can not be held responsible as I can not guarantee previous use or abuse of used items.
  • Clearance and used items are non-refundable.
  • For sanitary reasons all Prenatal Cradle, returns may be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All items need to be tried on over clothes (not just underwear.)

Per manufacturer rules, bumGenius products will not be shipped internationally but will be shipped to any of the fifty States, APO or FPO addresses.

15 Day Wash-n-Try

Squishy Tushy has a unique 15 day Wash-n-Try return policy on diapers. Purchase any new cloth diaper and wash it, use it and if you don't absolutely love it, return it! You have 15 days to try your cloth diapers and return them for store credit. To insure proper credit to your account, all returns need to include your order number and a completed form.


  • Diapers need to be clean and free of stains and smells.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit issued even when free shipping was offered.
  • There is a limit of 2 diapers per brand that can be returned, for example you purchased 24 bumGenius diapers, you can return 2 used bumGenius and 22 new bumGenius diapers for your store credit.
  • Packages that are not returned in full will have the un-returned diapers subtracted at the individual price per diaper. Store credit will be issued for the remainder of the package price.
  • Return packages must be postmarked by the 7th day from date received, no exceptions.

Occasionally Squishy Tushy offers a pre-order on selected items that are a new release or out of stock (with a sale or special offer) These items are clearly marked and will be shipped with the entire order once the pre-order item(s) become available. Orders can not be separated in most cases.


All coupons must be applied at checkout/coupons can not be added to previous orders. There is a limit of one coupon per order.


Coupons can be used with trial kits, however if they are returned for a refund or store credit the coupon percentage or promotional item's retail price will be deducted from the refunded/store credit amount.  


If you choose to cancel an order and it has already been processed you may be charged a 5% restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled but it can be returned in some cases (see above.)
