It has 2 snap downs for adjusting, cross over tabs for a better fit on the smaller babies, and it comes with 2 inserts XS and small. This diaper will be very helpful for those babies that are under 10 lbs and have the small skinny legs that do not fit well in our traditional one size diaper. There will only be a aplix closure, snap closures will not be offered.
