Squishy Tushy is the sole owner of the information collected on the site.  Squishy Tushy may collect information at two different stages.  First, we collect anonymous, aggregate information from all visitors to the site.  This type of information is never linked to any personally identifiable information and is only used in the aggregate to generate statistical reports about the use of our site.

Second, we require the submission of certain personally identifiable information when you sign up for a personal account through the My Account service.

When you sign up for SquishyTushy.com Newletter, you are entering a drawing to win free shipping, free merchandise or a free gift certificate.  The winners names will be posted on www.SquishyTushy.com, using the winners first name, last initial and location.  Entering our drawing does not guarantee that you will be a winner and you are giving permission to Squishy Tushy.com to announce your name on the site. Squishy Tushy complies with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the FTC's Rule interpreting COPPA (16 CFR 516).  Squishy Tushy is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

Squishy Tushy does not sell, rent or share customer information to any third party not affiliated with or owned by Squishy Tushy, except service providers who assist Squishy Tushy in such areas as billing and shipping.  Squishy Tushy will never give or sell your personal information to be used for the purposes of sending you unsolicited commercial offers (such as spam) from any third party.  We will not ourselves use your personal information to send you unsolicited commercial offers.  We may need to contact you regarding the status of an order.
